3) Scallops in melted cheese- okay I made that title up. But eversince watching Wolfgang Puck make scallop dishes, I’ve found myself ordering scallop whenever it was on the menu. These were delicious too, perfect for appetizers.
As promised I’m posting my top three choices:
1) The cheese section – I went gaga over it. It was my first station and oh how I lingered. Buffet techniques dictate that you should always start with these sections so you don’t get full fast!
2) Salmon Sashimi with Caviar- presentation wise, I was smitten. I love salmon sashimi so I couldn’t resist, and it was so good. I wish I took ten more!
